Ingredients to prepare

500ml water

Noodles

Calamansi lime

Boiled egg

Bean curd puff

Soya bean cake

Prawn

1tbsp corn flour

Steps

1. Boil prawn, bean curd puff and soya bean cake to cook and set aside.

2. Add water to the paste and bring to boil.

3. Add corn flour, stir it and bring to boil.

4. Pour the gravy on noodles and top up with boiled egg, prawn, bean curd puff and soya bean cake. 

5. Garnish with spring onions. Ready to serve.
