Ingredients to prepare

1000ml water

1kg noodles/rice vermicelli/spaghetti

Fish cake

Soya bean cake

Prawn

Bean sprouts

Steps

1. Add water to the paste and bring to boil.

2. Lower flame, add in rice vermicelli/noodle/spaghetti.

3. Add in fish cake, soya bean cake and prawn. Simmer for 5 mins.

4. Stir continuously until gravy is absorbed and vermicelli is dry and fluffy.

5. Garnish with sliced hard boiled egg and lime. Ready to serve.
