PENANG WHITE CURRY NOODLE  PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

1.8litre water

Noodle and vermicelli

Bean curd puff

Long bean

Prawn meat

Bean sprouts

150g creamer/400g coconut milk

Steps

1. Boil the noodles, rice vermicelli, bean curd puff, long bean, prawn meat and bean sprouts then set aside.

2. Add 1.8litre water to white curry noodle paste.

3. Add in creamer/coconut milk, stir it and bring it to boil.

4. Pour the soup on noodles and vermicelli.

5. Garnish with bean curd puff, long bean, prawn meat and bean sprouts. Ready to serve.
