VEG. NYONYA ASSAM PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

Vegetarian fish

Tomatoes

Ladies finger

Ginger flower

Mint

200ml creamer/coconut milk (optional)

600ml water

Steps

1. Boil ladies finger and set aside.

2. Add water to the paste and stir it.

3. Add in vegetarian fish, tomatoes, ginger flower and boiled ladies finger.

4. Add in creamer/coconut milk.(optional) Boil until cooked. 

5. Garnish with sliced ginger flower and fresh mints. Ready to serve.
