VEG. PENANG WHITE CURRY NOOLDE PASTE

Ingredients to prepare

1.8litre water

200ml creamer/coconut milk

Cabbage

Rice vermicelli and noodles

Bean sprouts

Bean curd puff

Long bean

Steps

1. Boil rice vermicelli, noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, bean curd puff and long bean then set aside.

2. Add water to the paste and stir it.

3. Add in creamer/coconut milk and bring it to boil.

4. Pour the soup on rice vermicelli and noodles.

5. Garnish with cabbage, bean sprouts, bean curd puff and long bean. 

Ready to serve.
